To ensure a smooth experience, follow these steps:
Disable Antivirus
Temporarily disable your antivirus software. If necessary, uninstall it completely.
Disable Microsoft Defender
Turn off Microsoft Defender to avoid conflicts.
Disable Driver Anti-Cheats
For Faceit: Open CMD as an admin and type:
For Valorant: Open CMD as an admin and type the following:
Avoid Using "-vulcan" Launch Option
Important: Do not use the “-vulcan” launch option. It is not supported.
Synchronize Windows Time Settings
Ensure your Windows time settings are properly synchronized to avoid any issues.

Problem: "An error occurred in the secure channel support" / "The request has timed out" / "The operation timed out" Solution: Traffic may be blocked by something like Anti-cheat, Anti-virus, Firewall, or your Internet provider.
Fully uninstall your antivirus and other anti-cheat software. Simply disabling them might not be enough.
Resync your time and region in Windows settings.
Try enabling/disabling VPN as this can sometimes resolve the issue.
Problem: "Internal public server error" Solution: Traffic is being blocked by something like Anti-cheat, Anti-virus, Firewall, or your Internet provider.
